Varsity Lakes Community Ltd (VLCL) is a not for profit organisation which was established in September 2006 to provide leadership and ensure ongoing community prosperity for Varsity Lakes. Developed by Delfin Lend Lease, Varsity Lakes is an award winning community that provides an innovative mix of residential, commercial, retail, recreational and educational communities within one of the Gold Coast’s most centrally convenient locations.
VLCL continues the firm commitments established by Delfin in promoting social, business, environmental and physical wellbeing programs and initiatives for the Varsity Lakes community.
• To provide vision and leadership • Identify and develop community, business and innovation opportunities • Co-ordinate and develop relationships • Promotion and advocacy • Providing governance and resources • Provide a central point of contact for community matters
VLCL is a company limited by guarantee. It is a membership based organisation represented by a volunteer Board of Directors that are voted each year at the AGM. The Directors represent the following membership categories:

- The Board is assisted by an Administration Manager
| VLCL works with community groups, organisations & associations, local authorities, clubs, sport & recreation providers, church groups, care providers, schools, residents and businesses to identify the needs of the community and provide the support and leadership to manage those needs.
