Students who live at The Reserve this semester have behaved better than those who lived there last semester.
The Reserve manager Sandra Nicholson said young people do not always respect the rules and they have had problems with people fighting during previous semesters.
“This year the students are well behaved, we have not had any fights or anything,” Ms Nicholson said.
“I am quite happy with the group we have this semester.”
Ms Nicholson also said it is mostly when people get drunk that they sometimes experience problems with noise, during the day there are no problems.
Residents Hulya and Tim Kiessling have been living at The Reserve for four years.
They do not think the students living at The Reserve are noisy and have never had to complaint about any of them.
“We feel good about having students here,” Mr Kiessling said.
“They make the place more alive.”
Ms Nicholson and the Kiesslings all said it is nice to have a mixed group of people at The Reserve.
