St. Patrick’s day in Varsity Lakes

As St. Patrick's day is nearing, local restaurants and shops in Varsity Lakes are preparing for a day in the spirit of the Irish. This year the local shops at Market square are looking forward to celebrating this event as it gives them an opportunity to do something different and extraordinary for their customers. The Lake, the local restaurant at Market Square is fortunate to have an Irish chef who will be cooking a special meal at St. Patrick’s Day. The Lake manager Nick Breuss is always looks forward to special occasions, as the restaurant manages to create a nice atmosphere for the customers as well as the staff. “I don’t think St. Patrick’s Day is more important to the restaurant than other special occasions,” he said. “We just really like to do something special for different nations as Australia is becoming a multicultural country.” Moshi’s Baker at Market Square has this year decided to do something different at St. Patrick’s Day. Vishal Goel shop assistant at Moshi’s Baker is going to decorate the shop with green lights and other frills. “We like to decorate the shop and this year we have decided to make some special St. Patrick’s Day’s cakes,” he said. During St. Patrick’s Day, the partygoers are known for wearing green and eating and drinking Irish food and drinks.
