RETAILER GROUP KICKS OFF TO PROMOTE MARKET SQUARE

Market Square traders have banded together and formed the Market Square Retailers Group to provide a unified approach to marketing Varsity Lakes’ unique shopping, dining and entertainment precinct.

Encouraged and supported by Varsity Lakes Community Limited (VLCL) and Delfin Lend Lease, the group has been meeting to establish joint marketing and promotional strategies under the banner of the group.

The Market Square Retailers Group consists of 19 members from a range of local restaurant, cafe, retail and convenience stores who contribute to a fund each quarter to pay for the activities.

The group has identified the need to work together to attract more people to the area for the benefit of all retailers and to promote a vibrant and lively lifestyle hub.

The first promotion is a full page in May’s Life Gold Coast featuring discounts and special offers as well as a travel voucher giveaway, which has been provided by VLCL.
