The Chancellor Apartments have recently released another 62 apartments in the second stage of the three-part development.
The first stage was opened a year ago with 25 apartments, which were fully booked out from April to June.
Manager of Chancellor Apartments and Conference Centre Karen Dosser said the two stages were completed on time and on budget.
“The third stage is well underway and will be open in 14 months,” she said.
“All apartments are strata titled, individually owned with the common areas owned by body corporate.”
The conference centre was originally built for business seminars but has also become a hot spot for weddings and other social events.
“Catering is available in house with an adjoining kitchen to the seminar room,” Karen said.
“The Conference centre can be set up stadium style or in tables of ten depending on what function your holding.”
Ms Dosser said local residents often recommend the apartments to friends and family when they come to visit when they do not have enough room at home.
“There are discounts offered to the local community and any Bond students or family”
