New Business Goes Skin Deep

True Tattoo in Varsity Parade is one of many businesses which had opened in the last six months.
Owner and tattooist Nathan Green said he believed it was a wise decision to open his establishment in this area.
“I opened up shop four months ago and business is thriving,” he said.
“I decided to have my shop here because it is a new booming area with a lot of potential, it’s clean and it is visible to all in the street.”
Shop manager Fe Mcfarlane said he organised appointments and looked after the retail side of the shop.
“We are a custom tattoo shop that sells clothing and skateboards,” he said.
“I help out around the shop and mainly deal with the skateboards.
“We are open from 10am to 5pm most days of the week.”
