Moshi's Baker Turns Two

By Rosemary Timmins, Bond University Journalism Student.

Moshi's Bakery on Varsity Parade is celebrating its second birthday.
A Varsity resident of six years Mr Mashion Yang said he opened the bakery in 2007 after finishing his Bachelor of Business degree at Griffith University.
"I have watched this area grow up ... and hope to expand to two shops by the end of next year," he said.
Like many other businesses in the area Mr Yang said they were feeling the effects of the economic downturn.
"Business is down 30-35 percent compared to last year," he said.
Local resident Benjamin Gibbs said Moshi's Bakery had competitve prices and great tasting food.
"The pies are great," he said.
"They aren't full of processed meat ... real pieces of steak."
Moshi's Bakery is located at Shop 2/228, Varsity Parade, Varsity Lakes.
