Get fit for summer with a personal trainer

As soon as spring arrives people want to get back in shape. Varsity Lakes personal trainer Brenton James Lawrence helps people to achieve their goals.

“We basically help people that are interested in their health and their fitness,” Mr Lawrence said.

“Some people want to build up their muscles, a lot of people want to lose fat, and some people just feel better when they are training.”

The personal trainer, who works for Jetts Fitness in Varsity Lakes, supports his customers to achieve their goals individually, whether they want to train once a week or everyday.

“It’s completely up to the clients ... everybody’s different,” he said.

In a training lesson they do muscle development or cardio such as boxing or running on the treadmill.

Because the gym isn’t for everyone, he also does training sessions outside, for example at the beach or wherever his clients want to train.

Brenton first figures out new clients are training, then sets goals with them and works towards them.
