Café for Sale – Ellos on Parade

Local business owner Kate Hamilton has recently decided to sell her café and focus on her health after a recent battle with cancer.
Ellos on Parade was put up for sale four months ago after Ms Hamilton decided that running a business was too much for her at present.
Ms Hamilton would love to see a family or someone who loves food and cooking take over the café.
“I want someone as passionate about food as I am,” she said.
The café which opened four years ago is a regular hot spot for locals.
Ms Hamilton said the café is getting even busier with new people moving into the area.
A few offers have been made on the café but none have been accepted.
